Pricing and Payment:
- Pricing for services is determined based on the size and condition of the vehicle at the time of drop off.
- Payment is required in full at the conclusion of the service/appointment.
Additional Work and Time:
- Any additional work or time spent on the vehicle beyond the initial assessment and agreed-upon services is subject to additional charges.
Drop Off and Pick Up:
- It is the responsibility of the car owner to arrange for the drop off and pick up of their vehicle at our facility.
Biohazards:
- We do not clean biohazards. Vehicles containing biohazardous materials will not be serviced.
Cancellation Policy for Ceramic Coating Service:
- Cancellation of a ceramic coating service must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- A cancellation fee of $300 will be applied for cancellations made less than 48 hours.
Damage Documentation:
- Any damage to the vehicle prior to the commencement of our services will be thoroughly documented.
- We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

- We are not liable for any damages or losses to personal belongings left in the vehicle during the service.

Customer Satisfaction:
- We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 2 hours of service completion for resolution.
